Finally got to try the crumble hut and it did not disappoint 😍 i had the black cherry base with the butter crumble and hot custard and everything tasted amazing. It’s more biscuit-like than traditional crumble but it was lovely, there is also parking right next to it so it’s disabled friendly, Will definitely be popping back for a sweet treat again at some point!
We stopped by yesterday and had 2 cheese and tomato paninis, a black cherry, butter crumble with toasted marshmallow topping and an apple, granola crumble with custard topping and all were really tasty! The staff were friendly and helpful and we'll definately be back when we are out that way again.
What a great idea, and how brilliantly executed. The cherry base is delicious, and then crumble and custard… 😍 Really lovely, great setting, and as vegans we really appreciated the options for us (there’s gluten-free too). We’ll be back!

Just experienced today with my 90 year old mother and her friend, the cherry crumble with my choice of butter crumble (could have chosen chocolate) and whipped cream (could have had icecream or custard). It was a taste sensation! 😋. I would love the crumble recipe to replicate at home - probably a family secret though😉. I wish this venture all the success it deserves and it will surely help the other businesses in the courtyard, as I came away afterwards with a lovely plant from the independent nursery and savoury biscuits and olives from the farm shop next door👍
